Values: What's Next?

As the Kidsfirst Uara come to life across the network, The Kidsfirst Board, Head Office staff and many kindergartens are off to a flying start. Every team and workplace is different, and so are the points the values can be embedded at, so there are no hard-and-fast rules about where to use them or how.

We'll be sending out resources and materials soon to provide starting points for getting our Uara embedded into everyday working life – look out for our brand new posters (pictured above) which will be hot off the presses soon. They're a great visual reminder of the waypoints, and also can be the catalyst for conversation about what they mean to, and between, people.
