The most powerful advocates for our kindergartens are whānau - they have a first-hand perspective of what makes our services special, and we’re always keen to hear from them.
Many parents, these days, don’t just tell us how their kindergarten experience is, they tell the world about it, too, through Facebook and Google Reviews.
These reviews are an increasingly important step in the decision making process for whānau searching for the right early childhood solution for their tamariki. They are overwhelmingly positive - it’s a very rare exception that isn’t 4 or 5 stars and glowing.
Please do encourage families to leave a review when they leave, either on the Google Places listing for your kindergarten (search it up, and you’ll see the reviews along with contact, opening details and any reviews) and to rate us on Facebook.
It’s great to hear about the things whānau value, like this parent talking about their experience at Kidsfirst Wales Street:
“The best kindergarten in Christchurch hands down, what an amazing team of teachers. Well done. A lovely outdoor setting and variety of activities for the children. Lots of fun days, communication with parents is amazing and very caring of your needs and concerns. High quality and a professional kindergarten.”
And this parent, who left a short, sweet 5 star review for Kidsfirst Queenspark:
“Fantastic teachers. Wonderful kindy. Love it”.
“Warm and professional teachers, large yard which can hold all kinds of activities, a variety of materials for handmade activities, my son makes a few everyday, he loves to use the glue gun to make things.” (FB review)
"An amazing and passionate organisation focused on the wellbeing and education of the very young" (FB review)
We'll be getting a poster out to you soon reminding parents to like us and share our Facebook and Instagram, and to leave a Google review.
