Our new Uara – Have your say

We were excited to share the new Uara framework with you at the Staff Meeting – it's another step along the way to refreshing Kidsfirst's values, and ensuring they reflect who Kidsfirst aspires to be in today's world.

It's important that the values resonate at all levels of the organisation, and, that they are useful in everyday working life, from decision making, all the way through to holding ourselves accountable, and celebrating the actions and culture we want to cultivate.
