Moving with the times – our values review

The Kidsfirst Values Refresh has been bubbling away for a number of months now, as we’ve got our heads together to create a fresh set of values to guide Kidsfirst and our work into the future.

Armed with the wealth of information gleaned from last year’s staff survey, and the Marketing Working Party, Pouhere Ako, Jasmin Ngawai, and Business Development Manager, Jenny Pitama, have shaped the first draft of a new values set for consideration by the Senior Leadership Team, before going to the Kidsfirst Board.

All going to plan, we look forward to sharing our fresh new values with you at the All Staff Meeting on the 11th April.
