Keeping waitlist whānau engaged over the break

Not long to go now until the term break – and in amongst all the busyness of the end of the year, we hope you’ll find some time to reconnect with waitlist whānau.
Most of our kindergartens close down for an extended period over the break, and it can be a long time for whānau still mulling over their options for 2022.
It’s important to touch base with waitlist families, even just with a quick note, to answer any questions, help them move forward with their application when they’re ready, and to let them know about the February 10th Open Day.
You could send them a link to the new Te Ao Kindy microsite, too, as a reminder of the ways kindergarten is special.
