When you go to submit any photos to be posted on Facebook, or any channel, there can be some speed bumps along the way.

To help mitigate these speed bumps, there are a number of methods of submitting, so that you can choose the one that works best for you, and the photos that you have.

On this website, there is a button in the top left corner, called "Story Submission". This will take you to a contact form, where you can enter details about your kindergarten, the best contact number, and a blurb about what is depicted in the images. You can also upload images and video here, with minimal constraints.

Here is a quick "How-To" video, on uploading through The Connect website:

If, for whatever reason, you have trouble uploading through The Connect website, there are other methods.

WeTransfer is a fast, easy, and secure way to send photos or videos which are of a larger size than normal, and it can also be useful if you want to send a folder of 20+ photos.

To use WeTransfer, follow these steps:

  1. Visit WeTransfer.com, and enter your details, and the details of the person who you wish to send the images to.

  2. From here, you can upload the images you wish to send, either as individual files, or a folder of multiple.

  3. If you do not have an account, you will need to verify the transfer before you can send it, which is as simple as entering the code which is sent to the email address you have put.

  4. Once this is done, confirm the transfer, and the files will be sent to the recipient for them to download.

If you are still having trouble, there is always the option to provide the photos via email, however, this runs the risk that the photos may be compressed, and the quality reduced, or attachments can become corrupted during the sending process – making it impossible to download them.
