Every week we receive feedback from whānau on how their Kidsfirst experience has been - like this one that Kidsfirst Rutland Street just received from the Wilson family:
Thank you so much for looking after Jamie at Rutland St Kindy during Level 3 lockdown.
Jamie had a great time during his kindy “holiday” to Rutland St from Trengrove. It was very special that Munira moved over for this duration also, and we appreciate the dedication and professionalism of his teachers. I understand there was much planning involved to make this happen and for this we are truly grateful.
Having Kidsfirst open in Level 3, allowed me to work as a General Practitioner, and my husband to run his business. So, while the effort was only for a few children, it did impact on others.
Thank you again and we will have fond memories of this time, helped by the learning stories.
Whānau often express their gratitude to kindergarten teams in the form of drawings, letters and cards, and there are so many other ways that people can give us feedback - our Facebook page, Google listings, and the monthly leaving survey sent out by Head Office being the main three.
Sharing the whānau experience is a powerful way to help prospective parents and caregivers learn more about Kidsfirst, and we're keen to spread the word via a Testimonials page on our website.
We'd love your help to:
Ask parents if it's OK to share their card, letter, email and if they would be OK with this (being published on our website), scan it and send it to us.
Encourage whānau to complete the leaving survey which gets emailed direct to them, from Head Office each month.
Ask whānau to leave a review on Facebook/the Kindergarten's Google Places listing, whether they are a new parent or departing
You can submit parent feedback to the Marketing Team here.
