The Values Review Survey will close in just a few days – if you haven’t had your say already, you’ve still got time.
Our values need to be enduring, and we don’t review them often – so this is your chance to share your thoughts. We want to make sure they accurately represent the way we are all working, and working with one another, every day – every voice counts.
The input from Kidsfirst’s Marketing Working Party is an important part of this process – they help make sure that the way we represent Kidsfirst to the wider world is consistent with everyday reality, and what resonates in the heart of Kidsfirst people, as they go about their mahi.
Once the survey closes, and we have an initial analysis and sense of what might change, we ask this group to help the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to consider these changes in the light of everyday kindergarten life. That group will make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team,
We’ll hold a series of Roadshows in the latter part of the year to present final drafts of any new material to you, and hold some korero around them, and, following that, the SLT will make final recommendations to the Board.
We would start to implement changes internally at the start of the 2023 kindergarten year, and launch these to whānau and the wider world at the AGM in May next year.
