CEO Update

Almost there!

The countdown is on to the end of 2020, and about time, too. I'm sure you're well and truly ready for the break.

Every time we face a challenging situation as a community we come out stronger. As a team, we have a strong sense of collective responsibility, and are able to achieve so much more together than as individuals. Staying close also enables us to take good care of one another - and that's certainly been a feature of the year. I am aware that some staff this year have lost loved ones, and Christmas is always a time that this hits hardest. You will be in my thoughts.

I would also like to again acknowledge and thank those long service staff who have left, or are leaving us this year. Please know you have made a difference to the lives of tamariki and whānau, to this organisation, and helped strengthen the kindergarten movement in New Zealand.

Once again, thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication this year - I feel so privileged to be able to work alongside each and every one of you.
