Celebrating Clare Wells' contribution to kindergarten

Clare is former head of New Zealand Kindergartens, a mentor to our Education Team as they establish their shared leadership model, and sits on the board of the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand and Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood New Zealand.

Kidsfirst celebrated Clare’s achievement with a special morning tea at Head Office. Clare said she was overwhelmed and humbled by the attention and that she had been proud to be able to accept the award on behalf of the kindergarten movement.
